Eleanor Roosevelt addresses the UN on the ratification of the UDHR

The General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, 1948. Eleanor Roosevelt spoke to the United Nations and shares her hopes that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights would become the modern day Magna Carta.
